ContextVision AB (“ContextVision” or the “Company”) will, in accordance with the press release published on 2 February 2022, distribute all shares in its wholly-owned subsidiary INIFY Laboratories AB (“INIFY”) to the shareholders of ContextVision.
The shares in INIFY are expected to be delivered to shareholders who have their shares registered at Euroclear Sweden AB around 11 February 2022. Shareholders who have their shares registered at Norska Verdipapirsentralen (VPS), can expect the shares in INIFY to be delivered around 15 February 2022.
Following the dividend, a reverse share split (10:1) in INIFY will be carried out. As a result of the reverse share split, INIFY’s share will change ISIN. The new ISIN for INIFY’s share will be SE0017486103.
