In accordance with the information in the notice to the Extraordinary General Meeting published on November 15, 2021, the company confirms that the value of the dividend distribution in form of the shares in Inify Laboratories AB is equal to the book value of the relevant assets in ContextVision and amounts to SEK 31,753,090. This represents a distribution of SEK 0.41 per share held in ContextVision.
