ContextVision Announces Changes to Management Team

Image enhancement leader, ContextVision, names new CFO, Ann-Charlotte Linderoth and adds Lena Kajland Wilén as director of business development

Stockholm, Sweden – April 23, 2015 ContextVision, the leader in medical image enhancement technology, is strengthening its management team. In order to maintain a high focus on its ongoing business simultaneously while increasing its focus on new business development, the company has announced two new management team appointments – Ann-Charlotte Linderoth, as Chief Financial Officer and Lena Kajland Wilén, as Director of Business Development.

Linderoth brings 20 years of experience in different financial positions within the medical devices industry to her new role at ContextVision. She was previously ContextVision’s Financial Officer and now replaces former CFO Bengt Hunyadi, who has decided to leave the company to pursue another career.

Linderoth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Stockholm.

Kajland Wilén brings 25 years of experience in the international life science business to her new role, which will largely focus on coordinating and managing business development activities. Prior to ContextVision, she was most recently a marketing and business development consultant. Earlier in her career, she held global marketing and business positions within Pharmacia Ophthalmics, developing brands such as Healon and Xalatan. She later built and headed the marketing function within Aerocrine AB for a decade and for MicroDose mammography within Philips Healthcare.

Kajland Wilén holds a Master in Chemical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology and a DIHM in marketing economics from Business School IHM.

“We’re pleased to have Linderoth and Kajland Wilén join our management team and bring several years of experience in the medical industry to ContextVision,” said Anita Tollstadius, ContextVision CEO. “The company is in a very exciting phase of development and we are really happy to have such a strong management team to lead this development.”
